When we started our house hunting we knew one thing, find and buy quickly.  Being first time home buyers what we didn't know was how much our criteria for a house was going to change day to day as we searched.  If we weren't changing price range, housing layout, or even cities we where changing and refining our tastes and desires day to day.  However, the one constant was the unfailing patience and professionalism of Brad and Becky.  Whether we were calling them at the last minute to view a bunch of houses, or staying out late to see them in the dark, they both were attentive and helpful always looking out and adapting to our needs.  As seasoned Realtors their market insight was invaluable in helping us find and buy the right house.  Whether they were fielding my hundred questions, taking us through the next group of houses, writing up contracts, sending and responding to emails, or helping us negotiate price, they made our first home buying experience an informative and enjoyable one.

When we decided to build our first house, we didn't think we needed a realtor. After a friend suggested it, I thank my lucky stars we never looked back. How do people do it without one? From day one, you and Brad were ever so helpful with making sure we got the most for our money, negotiating upgrades and incentives with the builder. You even kept us on track during the building process with inspections and reminders. Then as closing approached, we definitely couldn't have done it without you two. There was so much negotiating and back and forth at this point, but we didn't have a thing to worry about. Selling a house can be a very stressful time. Thanks to Brad and Becky at The Upshaw Group, the selling of our house was an easy and pleasant process. It was wonderful to work with someone who put his clients needs first and foremost. We were being transferred overseas and our whole life was being turned upside down.
